2 1/2, and doing his best to keep up with the big sister! Nothing seems to stop him (unless it is the big sister that physically stops him, but then there is normally a little fight coming…).
Where Kaelyn hesitated when she was Alex’s age, he steams ahead trying to keep up with his hero (the big sister!).
A little bridge was not going to stop him on this outing…..
Imagine, it is 5 years since this little bundle of joy arrived! Where have the years gone? Seems like it was just yesterday that she arrived on a cold January morning in Reading!
Birthday party with friends was a great success with a trampolining party at the Leisure Center in Colchester. On Monday when she was at school we redecorated her room, and she got really surprised and excited with her new “big girls room” with new bed and new decorations. Then she could chose were to have her birthday dinner and we ended up at Pizza Hut even if the little brother advocated for McDonalds….

Mini mince pie and a glass of milk for Santa + a carrot for Rudolph from Kaelyn (almost 5) with some help by Alex (2 and a worshipper of everything the big sister does)….
Not a smart move by the Daddy! Christmas Eve and I lit the fire!…. Obviously the Daddy had a stern talking to (by the almost 5 year old) about making sure to blow it out before bed time so Santa could use the chimney….
And yes; mini mince pie and a glass of milk + a carrot for Rudolph was put out in front of the fire place before the (almost) 5 year old (aided by her 2 year old brother and big sister worshipper) before bed time.
Here Kaelyn and Alex is trying their best to blow out the fire and correct their Daddy’s silly error…

It is great to see how much Kaelyn is enjoying her time at school. She is spending a lot of her time at home practicing her writing and other things she has learnt at school.
The other day she also came home with this badge for making a great “5 a day” poster. Well done Kaelyn!
